| Payment Dates |
- All items purchased on the online auctions are to be paid for within 2 business days following the auction date and picked up within 7 business days (excluding holidays) following the auction date. After this 7 day period, there will begin a 10% per day storage fee. After 2 weeks from the date of the auction (NOT from the date paid or picked up) there will be no refunds on any item purchased on the auction. At that time, full payment is still required regardless of the condition or availability of the item.

- Tuesday: 8:00am - 7:00pm (pick-up only)
- Wednesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm (pick-up only)
- Thursday: 8:00am - 7:00pm (pick-up only)
- All online auction items are located at the BasicBid warehouse: 332 Cass Ave., Suite N, Mount Clemens, MI 48043 unless otherwise noted.

All bidders will be subject to sales tax applicable to the auction location unless you provide our office with the documentation we require for exemption (out-of-state buyers and out-of-country buyers must pay sales tax on all items including titled items), unless stated differently in the auction terms.

Basic Machinery Movers & Trucking will be on site for loading and rigging of equipment, items, machinery, etc. (Please see individual item description for loading and rigging fees).
Buyers are not required to use Basic Machinery Movers & Trucking, however there will NOT be a (common) lift truck available on site.
Buyers may contract any logistics or rigging company at their own expense with proof of $1 million USD insurance coverage for rigging and loading.
